Several speakers declared that Scotland is thoroughly roused .against altering the sense of the old Declaration, but is willing, however, to remove its offensive expressions. FEDERAL PREMIER'S VIEW. Melbourne, July 20, The Federal Prime Minister, . Mr. Fisher, states that he intends to sneak in favour of tho Coronation Oath being amended on the lines of the committee's report recently presented to the House of Commons. Members of tho Cabinet will have a free hand, however.
