The inquest concerning the death of Mrs. American, aged thirtyfour, whoso body was found on Wednesday buried under a cellar at a house in Hiildrop Crescent, Camden Eoad, was continued yesterday. . Dr. . Marshall, police surgeon, stated that he was unable at present, to swear that the remains recovered were those of a female, but •he thought so. The murderer had endeavoured to obliterate all traoes ; of sex. Some of the organs such as the lier.rt, were wonderfully pre•served, and .whoever dissected the body had taken his time over the'task, inasmuch as he had .followed a deliberate and long process. ■EEWARD OFFERED.
