LYALL BAY, AND LEGISLATION. At- the next meeting of the City Council, to be held on July 28, tbo following notices 'of motion will bu considered :— Councillor Devino—"That the motion \ritli reference to the purchase of 20 acres of laud at Lyall Bay and road to bo laid off and formed through same bo rescinded." . Councillor Fletcher will.move—"'that the following resolutions passed :>at a meeting of the City Council hold on the 14th day of July, 1910, be rescinded:—'That the Legislation Committeo havn considered the matter of tho construction of that committee regarding tho word legislation, and they have to inform the council that they claim the right as a Legislative Committeo •to have all Bills submitted to them before going to the council.' "
