Fields in all tho events promise to be above the average, and good racing is anticipated. GOOD GALLOP BY SIR. FBJSCO. (Br UwjNcop.) ' - - There was another fino mor.ning : for the track gallops at Trentliam yesterday. The outside of tlte courso proper was: open for fast nwk, the going .being still very heavy > A feature of the Work was a good gallop, by Sir Frisco (Carmout), who beat Tfcotano by several- lengths over four • furlongs. The distance was covered .ill 52sec., easily tho best gallop, of the morning. Truganini and lney ran five ■ furlongs in lmin. 7sec. Flingot and Bourrasquo covered half a mile in-54sec. Contendont, with racing plates on, rattled off five furlongs in slightly less than lmin. 6sec. Bollin beat Elfish .over five furlongs .in lmin. White Cockade 'and Balaclava were associated in a six-furlong gallop, whioh occupied lrniri. 22sec.. Advantage, aiid Magneto covered half a mile in 54 4 r ssec. Multipla easily beat. Miss Advance over five furlongs run in lmin. Ssec. Scotch Plaid and Rose Noble were sent half a. mile and finished the journey in 65sec. California (H. . Gray) sprinted -three furlongs. STEEPLECHASER SOLD.
