'As ships are' not available, fast Special trains are for the first time in history conveying cotton from the Southern States,to New York. ■ When last week the Federal prosecution of the "bull" leaders was temporarily suspended, cotton advanced . five dollars a bale, making July cotton sixteen and a half cents a- pound. This is the highest price reached since the Sully boom in 1903. ..'■'■ 1 Dealers, in New York clear four dollars a bale on fulfilment of July contracts. , .
