Gingerbread padding. ."'■.■ GINGERBREAD PUDDING. ~ Four ounces flour, four ounces bread?' erumbs,■'. four ouuoes suet, four ounces golden syrup, one teaspoonful of ginger, one teaspoonful of baking powder, one gill of niilk, pinch of salt. '■ ' Shred and chop the suet finely.. Mix all the dry ingredients together, adding •lastly the milk and syrup. Stir well together, put into a greased basin, cover with:a greased paper, and steam for 2.1 hours. Serve with sweet melted butter. FOE TO-MORKCW.
