I The Govarnmont, despite the fact that "The Dominion" has tho largest circulation of any morning paper in the Wellington Province, has decided to boycott tho paper so far as Government advertisements are concerned. TENDERERS ARE INVITED TO QUOTE FOR ANY ITEM OR ITEMS IN THE SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS WHICH THEY MAY BE ABLE TO SUPPLY. Any or all of the items may, therefore, be quoted for at the option of tenderers, and the Department "reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or any part of any tender, or to accept on what is known as the "line-to-line" principle— that is,., the lowest, price tendered for each article throughout the schedule. Tenders to be addressed to the General Manager, New Zealand Railways, Wellington, and to be marked outside "Tender for Stores." Telegraphic tenders will not be entertained.
