NOTICE is hereby given, that the Council of the Borough of Karori did, on the 12th day of July, 1910, pass a resolution with the object of making a Bylaw intituled "The Building By-law Amendment • of 1910/' -The purport of the proposed By-law is to amend and add. to The Building Bylaw, -1901, in relation to the deposit of plans, the issue of certificates, the construction of buildings, erection of tents, the provision of sanitary conveniences for the use of workmen engaged in building, the preservation of footpaths, fees payable for certificates and inspection, etc., etc. ■ A copy of the proposed By-law is deposited in the office of the said Council at Karori, and is open to, the inspection of the public during office hours, from this date until and including the 9th day of August, 1910, on which day, at 7.30 p.m., at the office of the said Council in Karori, a Meeting of the said Council will be held, at which the said resolution passed. on the 12th day of July, 1910, will be submitted for confirmation as a special order making the said Build' ing By-law Amendment of 1910.
