SIR MALCOLM M'EAOHAEN'S WILL. By Telegraph—Press Association^opyright. London, July 15. The gross estate of the late Sir Malcolm M'Eacharn, shipowner, .of Melbourne, who died at Home, has been proved at £421,321, including real estate totalling £163,211 and personalty to £50,069 in the. United Kingdom. The personal estate in Australia is valued tit £208,040. The net total of property in the United Kingdom is £278,478. Sir Malcolm bequeathed his Australian property, with an income from the residuary property in the United Kingdom, to his wife during her lifetime. It is afterwards to be divided among the children. Tho sum of £5000 is left to the Royal Caledonian School. There are legacies fou ±ho clerks in M'llwraith and M'Eacham's offices.
