' Remains of cold fish, two dozen oysters, pepper and ■ salt, white sauce, breadcrumbs, half ttaspc-onful of nutmeg, one dessertspoonful of parsley. Arrange the fish, oysters, breadcrumbs, white sauce, and parsley ill layers in a buttered piedish, seasoning each layer. Have sauce and -then 'breadcrumbs on top. Bake 15 or 20 minutes. The white sauce should be made with half oyster liquor and half milk. FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds veal cutlets, bacon, artichokes, apples, breadcrumbs, one lemon. FOR SUNDAY. Stock, vegetables for soup, leg of mutton, red currant jelly, cauliflower, fruit,, pastry, cheese. : , . .FOR SUPPER. ' Mayonnaise, one chicken, ham, three eggs, stewed pears, salad. '
