The Rowing Association is considering a proposal made by Mr. Cunningham, of Melbourne, to send an Australian eightoar crew to compete with an English eight on the Zambesi Rivor next, spring. A prominent amateur, who is negotiating the scheme in England, states tli'al he enn raise ,£IOOO to defray the expenses of an Australian crcw.
