NEW SOUTH WALES ' FARMERS WARNED. By Tstearapß—Press Association—OoprrielH (Rec. July 14, 9 p.m.) 1 Sydney July 14. At the Farmers' and Settlers' Associations' Conference, Mr. J. Harper, Railway Commissioner, complained that the farmers showed no disposition to move the million and a half, bags of wheat now stacked at country stations. Unless the. wheat was soon moved there was sure to-be a heavy loss, as the approaching wool season would absorb all the available trucks.
