Liberal members, to the number of about a dozen, will form a partyof their own, eo that the Government will be liable to some candid criticisms from behind, as well as to an open attack from the opposite benches. Some members are sceptical as to whether successful work can be accomplished by a Government that depends upon keeping in office by balancing itself between two divisions of a party, instead of having direct support..
