One small cup of sago,. one pint of water, half-cup of sugar, one grated lemon, one or two yolks of eggs. Have the water boiling, wash the sago well, and put it into the water. Boil until clearj stirring all tho time. Then add sugar, grated lemon, rind, and-.juice. Beat the yolks well, and stir them into the sago. Pour into a glass dish, and when cold whip the whites, to. a. very etiff froth. Sweeten and flavour, add two tablespoonfuls of . whipped cream, and pile on top of the sago. . , > FOR' TO-MORROW. .
