STEAMERS COLLIDE.
BOILER EXPLOSION. SEVENTEEN PERSONS KILLED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. (Rec. July 13, 0.10 a.m.). • ' St. Potersuurg, July 12. The Russian passenger steamer Lowkys collided with another steamer in the Black Sea. The boiler of the Lowkys exploded, seventeen persons being killed and 31 injured.
