CONCESSION FOR. IRELAND'. By Telegraph.—Press Associatioii-Cov>yrif;ln. London, July 11. The Budget debate has been resumed, in the House of Commons. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. tloyd-George, announced an important concession. It was, he said, intended to make a five instead of a twenty-five per cent, increase in the licensing taxes of Ireland. He bases his resolution covering the concession on the assessment of licensed premises being above £50.
