■ MOVEMENT TO OUST FOREIGN SAILOES. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Rec. July 11, 10.20 p.m.) London, July 11. With a view to superseding foreigners in tho British mercantile marine, Lieutenant Moil'al-Soanies is forming an organisation to be known as the National Naval Cadet Corps.
Tlio headquarters of tho corps will bo lit Wandsworth. Five training ships will bo stationed in the Thames, and another will be constantly at sea.
