M. Marnct, with two passengers, covered slil mites in 09 minutes.
M. Anbrun carried a passenger a distanco of 77; miles in 129 minutes.
At. Olieslagers, a Belgian aviator, covered 2131 miles in 303 minutes.
M. Laboucher, on a biplane, also travelled 211 miles in 277 minutes.
[Tho monoplane lias only one main supporting surface, with a long body running through the middle. The biplauo has two main planes, one mounted above the other. Various advantages are claimed for each type, and there are sundry disadvantages also. In brief, tho biplane is considered more stable, the monoplane more speedy.]
