INJUNCTION AGAINST ARBITRATION COURT. By Tolcgraph-Prcss Aasoeiation-OopyrlKlit Melbourno, July 11. Tho Federal High Court has delivered judgment in a case in which a boot manufacturer applied for a writ of prohibition restraining the Federal Arbitration Court and tho Employees Federation from further proceedings upon a recent award.
The Court decided to enlarge the order nisi (temporarily granting a writ of prohibition) to next sitting of the Court at Melbourne, when tho matter will be reheard.
