TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Ox-tail soup. Mutton pic^ Mashed potatoes. Turnips. Curate pudding. CURATE PUDDING. Three eggs, . their weight in flour, pounded sugur, and butter, flavouring of lemon, almond, or vanilla. Warm the butter and beat it to a cream with the sugar. Gradually add the eggs well beaten and the flour. Beat well, and add the flavouring. Butter mine small cups or tins, rather more than half fill them, and bake in a brisk oven for about half an hour. Turn them on to a dish, and pour custard sauce round them. FOE TO-MORROW. Shoulder of pork. Sage. Onions. Apples. Cabbage. Sago, One lemon. Two eggs. Half gill cream.
