Farmers in South Taranaki have known this fact for some years, but now everybody interested .in the subject in any portion of the Dominion is to know, and'consequently the farmers of South Taranaki are happy. If it were not for the fact that South Taranaki is the great dairy province which warrants land selling at from ,£SO or <£60 per acre, would there be the abnormal demand there has been for space, from the great dairy machinery firms of the country? It was decided to purchase three-quarters of an aero of land in Princess Street, and within seventy-live 'yards of. tho Post Ofiiee, and plans and specifications were immediately drawn up for the erection' thereon of a concrete camerated building.
