'During tho afternoon sitting of the House, there aroso ail important discussion with reference to tho boy immigration question, which developed into a debate upon tlic whole subject of 'immigration.- In the evening .tho Crown Suits- Act Amendment Bill; the Post and Telegraph Act Amendment Bill, and the Defence Act Amendment Bill were brought .down, and read a first time, whilst the Harbours Act Amendment Bill was put through its second reading. '
