Kennedy Macdonald, M.L.C. —tho eminent , financier—is conducting his own. affairs, and other eon,oerns with which he is interested as trustee, agent, or otherwise, as prudently as the directors of the Bank of New, Zealand are-managing theirs, he will, no doubt, achieve the success in life that he so richly deserves. This in reply to the lion, gentleman's animadversions in the Legislative .Council upon the, management of the bank at the present time, and the necessity that exists for caution. !—I am, etc., A SHAREHOLDER.
