The-said proposed By-laws provide for tho regulation of traffic, sanitation, building, the licensing of hawkers, peddlers, carriers, billiard saloons, etc.; and for all other matters relating to tho good government and well-being of tho said Connly. A full copy of such By-laws has been deposited at the ilakara County Oliices, Maknra, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until tho 22nd day of July next.
