THE MONEY MARKET. The Bank of Ennland figures. published on Saturday. exhibited considerable strength, and the bank bad the market well under control. Lombard Street had to rely upon the central institution for funds to meet the end of the quarter commitments, and the discounts and advances increased from £33.806.000 to £42,632,000, an expansion of £8,766,000 ou the week.
