The fuel that is most eagerly sought for is coke, this being owing to its cheapness. It is being sold at Is. 3d. per sack by the Wellington Gas Company. The company notify in our advertising columns that more coke is being sold than they are making, but they have a large reserve stock, and customers sending their orders to telephone 1129 will not bo disappointed in non-delivery. Tenders are invited by Mr. E. M. Blake, architect, for alterations and ex. tensive additions to Mr. W. Campbell's premises, in Manners Street. Tenders close with the architect on Tuesday, 7uly 12, at his office, Hannah's Buildings, Lambton Quay, where plans and specifications may be seen. At 1 o'clock to-day a sale will be held of household furniture, including two grand pianos, at IS2 Tinakori Road. The list comprises the contents of twelve rooms, which are completely furnished. Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. are the auctioneers. Sir. C. Tilleard Natusch, architect, Ballanco Street, invites tenders for the erection of a residence in Tinakori Eoad. Tenders close on Friday next at noon with the architect, where plans and specifications may be seen.
