RAID IN MOROCCO.
FRENCH BRILLIANTLY SUCCESSFUL. By Teleuraph—Press Association—OopsrristhL Paris, Juno 29. Advices liave been received of a brilliant French raid in tho Hinterland of Shawia, Morocco. Tho raid was undertaken in order to stop the Sheikh Malainin going to Fez to stir up anti-European feeling. The French had thirteen killed and 71. wounded. The natives wero repulsed, and left many dead on the iiold. The French commander has sent reinforcements of artillery.
