AUSTRALIAN WHEAT SHIP LOST. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. June 30, 8.25 p.m.) Sydney, June 30. Tho Underwriters' Association has received news of the wreck of the Norwegian ship Irmgard at Puerto do Corral, on tho west coast of South America.

The Irmgard sailed from South Aus--tralia for the English Channel on April 13 with a cargo of thirty thousand bags of wheat.

The ship is a total loss, but the crew are safe.

[The Irmgard is an iron ship of 1740 tons gross. She was built nt Whitehaven in 1874, and is owned by Messrs. Hansen and Anderson, of Laurvig, Norway.]

As tlio Ranadi is a King's ship, the Court lias no jurisdiction to deal with tho mate's certificate.
