Prince de Hadolin, the present Minister at Paris, retires into private life.
Horr Lentze, Chief Burgomaster of Madgeburg, succeeds Herr Rheinbaden, who also resigned Ministerial office, and Herr do Kiderlen Waechter, German Minister at Bukarest, succeeds Baron von Schoen.
