IRISH ATTITUDE.
NO VETO NO BUDGET. DISTRUSTFUL OF THE LIBERALS. By Telegraph -Press Association—Copyright. (Hec. June 29, 11.40 p.m.) London, June 29. The members of the Nationalist party in the House of Commons have held a meeting to discuss the attitude adopted by the Government in connection with tho veto conference. It is understood that the party is extremely averse to the lludget being passed by the House of Commons until the conference has ended, and its results are known. If the conference (which was expected to last until about the end of the second week in July) is not completed before the end of that month, the Nationalists desire that the committee stage and third reading of the Budget shall be postponed until the end of the autumn session. The party distrusts the introduction concurrently with it of proposals affecting the powers of the House of Lords.
