The Powers have addressed a Note to Turkey in connection with the Turkish boycott of Greek merchandise. In it they reassure Turkey that her rights in Crete will bo maintained, aud request that energetic action be taken to stop the boycott, which, if continued, D may provoke regrettable incidents. The Note concludes by stilting that the 1 Powers do not consider tho boycott is justified by Greece's conduct. j _
