MAN KILLED AT BRITISH BYELECTION. Dy Telegraph-Press Associafion-OopyrighS> (Uec. Juno 2S, 0.35 a.m.) London, Juno 27. Excitement is high in connection with the East Dorset by-election contest between Colonel Nicholson (Conservative) and Major C. Guest (Liberal). As tho result of a political fight between a man named Howarth, a Conservative, and a wharf labourer named Poolo, tho latter died of a fractured skull. Holland,' a Liberal, has been arrested.
