4 , PORTUGUESE FINANCIAL v_ SCANDALS. By Telegraph—Prose Association—Copyright. (Eec. June 27, 11.5 p.m.) Lisbon, June 27. The political crisis has ended by Senor Teixeirade Souza, Governor' of the Colonial Bank, forming a new Cabinet after several other politicians had refused. The crisis was duo to a scandal arising from Suciano de Castro's presidentship of a semi-official financinl establishment, the Credits Predial, wherein it has been discovered that n large deficit was covered by falsified accounts. Criminal proceedings havo been started against de Castro, who long controlled an overwhelming majority in tho Chamber.
