♦ —, — CHLOKOrORMBD ON STAIRCASE. By Telegraph—Press Association—oos7ll6lll. London, Juno 2G. A' daring robbery occurred in the city at noon yesterday. Tho cashier of a printing firm was returning, from a West End bank, and had reached tho staircaso of tho firm' 9 premises, when 110 was chloroformod. Tho thieves effected their purpose from behind. \ Tho cashier fell unconscious, and a bag, in which ho was carrying J:SO for wages, was snatched from his hand. Tho thi'oves escaped.
