Half-pound flour, ill), suet, pinch of Bait, 1 level teaspoonful of baking powder, 21b. steak, 2 kidneys, 1 dessertspoonful of flour, 1 teaspoonful of salt, J teaspoonful of pepper. Cut the steak and kidney small and mix it v.-ith the flour, pepper, and-salt. Shred and ehoi) the suet and mix it with the flourf baking powder, and salt. Mix to a stiff naste with cold water. Roll out thinly, line a wellgreased pudding basin, fill with the meat, cover, and tie down with a pudding cloth. lioil for three hours, turn out, and serve.
