M'Gowen, Leader of the Labour Party. A lively scene was caused by Mr.: Henley, who made allegations of blackmail against a union secretary, declaring that a system of union, tyranny existed. Mr. Meehan, who followed Mr. Henley, refused to obey,the Speaker's ruling, and was removed from the Houso.
