LODGE SOCIAL

The members of the Independent- Order of Oddfellows in Wellington held' a very enjoyable "social" at the. Masonic Hall last evening, under the auspices of Southern Cross Lodge and Zealandia Lodge. Members and friends to the number of about 120' spent the evening in music, songs, • and dancing. A committee, consisting of members of both lodges, manajjod the arrangements, and the success of the evening is' largely due to their efforts. Special mention should bo made of the assistance given by Miss Bodluv. Mrs. Finch, Mrs. Colmer, and Mr. Wooller. Mr. A. Bodley was secretary of the committee.
