It points out that public opinion is confirmed by Government experts for under most drastic conditions "Defiance" won the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co.'s challenge cua, gold medal, and a substantial money prize at the Palmcrston North winter show. This butter is obtainable at all stores, in the Wellington city and suburbs, Wanganui, Maiuiwntu, and Wairarapa districts. As will be seen by a' perusual of our advertising columns, "Maple Leaf" butter lias been reduced one penny per pound. However, we understand that tho present drop is tho result of competition.
