Two men, Erich Muelsam, a litterateur, and Schultze, a pianist, together with a bookseller's traveller and a workman, have been indicted on a charge of founding an Anarchist Society . for the purpose of overthrowing the State. It is alleged that the men are implicated in a bomb outrage at Munich. They are also indicted on a charge of having planned bomb outrages in the Reichstag at Berlin and other buildings, for conspiring to incite 6oldiers to desert, and for planning robberies by' means of dynamite. 1
