By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht. Melbourne, June 23. Tho Federal Government has received n report from Professor Biles, tho wellknown naval architect, who was appoiuted to superviso tho construction of the Australian destroyer. Tho professor states that the Pnrramatta did everything required in a satisfactory way. Her mean speed during an eight hours' trial was 2G.U knots. The fastest singlo mile Tun was 28.8 knots. Tho oil consumption was well within contract.
