COMMERCE CONGRESS.
INTERNATIONAL GATHERING. THE DATE OF EASTER. Bt Taherapfe—Press Association—Ooiiyr'.rtJ (Rec. Jane 22, 10.10 p.m.) London, June 22. The International Congress of Chambers of Commerce and Industrial Associations, consisting of 450 delegates, representing 20 nationalities, opened at the Hotel Cecil to-day. Mr. Sydney Buxton (President of the Board of Trade) welcomed the delegates on behalf of tho Government. Mr. M'Kinnon Wood (one of the Under-Secretaries for Foreign Affairs) said he trusted that the outcome of the conference would bo the ■ adoption of arbitration for tho settlement of international commercial disputes. Tho Congress recommended that international action be taken to fix Easter on the first Sunday after April 4. •
