SIMPLEX SASH BALANCE.

The Simplex sash balance is a great improvement on the ordinary window eash, and saves SO per rent, on the cost of sash fittings. Broken cords may bo replaced without the aid of skilled labour and without removing tho sashes. By means of screws attached to the sash tho slack of stretched cords may bo takon up in a few seconds. Tho invention does away with the sash weights, and may ho built into a solid brick wall, leaving no space behind tho sash frame. Tho inventor and proprietor, Mr. "WV J. Nuttall, of Marton, is arranging a syndicate in Wellington to market the invention.
