The Bulgarian deputies have petitioned the Turkish Parliament concerning tho sufferings of Bulgarian Turkjy, and urge that an amnesty be granted to all participators in the revolutionary movement against tho former, regimo; that the laud be restored to its lawful owners; and that officials guilty of illegal severities bo punished. '
