PEACE COMMISSION.
AN INTERNATIONAL POLICE FORCE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Washington, June 21. The resolution of tho House of Representatives requires the proposed Peace Commission to consider the expediency of utilising existing international agencies for the purpose of limiting armaments by international agreement and constituting the combined navies of tho world as an international force for the preservation of universal peace. Tho commission must report within two years.
