ERIK JESPERSEN, DAIRY ENGINEER.

[Published by Aeeancement.] Immediately one enter's the Machinery Hall, No. 2, at the Winter Show, ho witnesses one of tho finest and most interesting exhibits, namely, that of Erik Jespersen, dairy engineer and importer, of Palmerston North. The exhibit shows a fully-equipped stand of a most instructive and interesting display of all kinds of dairy machinery and utensils, of which tho Globe separators aro the special feature. The Globe separators have a world-wide reputation for clean skimming, reliability, smoothness of running; but there is no need to detail them here except to say that the link blade has proved a great success. Tho Globe churns aro also exhibited in' large and small sizes, fitted with all the latest improvements. On tho stand may also be seen a very interesting exhibit of hydraulic rams, Canadian aerators, brass centrifugal pumps, MacDougall pumps, and various sizes of water-circulating milk and cream coolers. A special feature of tho stand is tho striking display of tho new JlacMillan's leather leg-ropes, for which Erik Jespersen is tho sole New Zealand agent. In connection with this it should he mentioned that- all the combined milking machines at tho milking-machine hall aro using the MacMillan leather leg-ropes, supplied by Erik Jespersen. This consequently in itself is proof of ■ their superiority over al! other leg-ropes. The whole exhibit is one of great interest. to the dairy-farmer, and one which certainly should • not be missed.
