POLICE TO STOP ROUGE PLAY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. June 21, 0.40 a.nl.) New York, Juno 20. The New York police have decided to tnke stringent action' to repress the notorious rough play in football matches here. Players so offending will be liable to arrest. The superintendent of police has issued an intimation that in future rough play will be followed by prompt action.
