Seven hundred and eight cases of cholera, with 197 deaths, liavb been reported at Rostoff, on the River Don, in a week. Seventy-seven cases, with 39 deaths, occurred at Alexandajosk. At Poltava there were 77 cases and 25 deaths in one day. Riots aro occurring in many of the infected districts. The Dneiper River is carrying the epidemic into the towns and villages along its banks. It is feared that atKieff the pilgrims will endanger the whole country. .
