Mr. L. G. Brnce, clerk in the Dunedin office of the Department of Agriculture, who has been transferred to Wellington, and arrived here yesterday to tako up his duties, was the recipient of a set of gold studs and sleeve-links by the Dunedin officers of the Department on. Friday. The presentation was made by Mr. W. Miller, district agent, on behalf of tho stiff, Mr. Miller referring to the high esteem in which Mr. Bruoo was hold in the office, Mr. J. Walker, from tho head office, Wellington, succeeds Mr. Bruce at Dimcdin.
