Sir,—lf by tlip clemency of King George hundreds of prisoners were discharged in London, as per enable received,, is it not reasonable to suggest that the same clemency should bo exercised to the prisoners in New Zealand, we forming part of tho British Empire?—l am, etc., « FAIR PLAY.
