TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Oyster Soup, Roast Loin of Mutton. Baked Potatoes. Artichokes. ' Macaroni Cheeso. MACARONI CHEESE. Quarter pound macaroni, Joz. flour, 3oz. dry cliecse, $oz. buttor, mixed mustard, cayenne and salt to taste, $ pint of milk. Break the macaroni into small pieces and 'cook it in- boiling salted- water until tender. Make a sauce by melting tlio butter, stir ill the flour, add tho .milk, stir until it boils, and boil for three minutes. Season well, and put into a buttered pie-dish, with tho macaroni and cliecse. Bako in a moderate oven until thoroughly hot, and brown about twenty minutes. SUNDAY. Julienne soup, roast veal, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, plain plum pudding, sauce. SUPPER. Cold veal, lobster salad, apple tart, prune sago, cream.
